Art 101 (Introduction to Art)

Interested in art but know little about it? Come visit the Art Center! We will begin with lunch in their 5-star, sunlit restaurant. Then we will learn about the many jewels of the Art Center’s outstanding Permanent Collection of 20th century art from the docents who will guide us.  We will conclude with a showing of the annual Iowa Artists Exhibition which is always an artistic treat. A trip to the museum shop is also included.

Class requires walking and periods of standing.
